- Utility Patent – Have machines, manufactured goods, processes, and chemical formulas have invented. Let keep the competition from copying or using your invention without paying you first. A Utility Patent will protect your Invention for 20 Years.
- Design Patent – Protect your Design keep the competition for being able to copy, reproduce or sell your design without paying you first. A Design Patent will protect your Design for 15 Years

- Trademark – Protect your Business Name, Product Names, Logos, and Slogans from copied or taken from you. A Trademark can be maintained for as long as you want with regular filing.

- Trade Secret – Is information that has either actual or potential independent economic value by virtue of not being generally known,
- Trade Secret – Has value to others who cannot legitimately obtain the information, and
- Trade Secret – Is subject to reasonable efforts to maintain its secrecy.
All three elements are required. If any of these element ceases to exist, then the trade secret will also cease to exist. Otherwise there is no limit on the amount of time a trade secret is protected.
